Why write a book on this subject? I wrote an online essay on this topic during the late 1990s, and it was one of my most read articles. In November 2009, I felt inspired to make this into a book. I'm more than convinced this book is very much needed.
You mentined being 'inspired' to write Husbands, Listen to Your Wives. How is that possible? The book's title is based on a Bible passage in Genesis. The story dealt with Abraham being encouraged by God to listen to what Sarah had to say about evicting their servant, Hagar, after she had disrespected Sarah.
How can you go from writing a erotica novel (Temptation.com) to something non-fiction? I'm very much comfortable with myself as a writer despite some of the criticism I received (read below). There will always be a message in my literary work. Ultimately, I feel my role as a writer is to educate, inform, and perhaps entertain my readers.
Can husbands learn how to listen to their wives? Hey, if I can do it, anybody can do it. I mention in the book with some time, effort, and willingness it can be done. But the key word is willingness. This actually holds true for both men and women.

Are you really that nasty as your writing suggests? NO
Why do they say you're NASTY? Read Temptation.com; I love it when people blush.
Does that mean you like writing about sex? Let's just say it's easy to include a person's sex life within a novel.
What have some people said about your writing? * "[I] am an author like none other," says APOO Book Club.
* Says a reader from Texas, "Everything flows so smoothly and your imagery takes [a reader] there. Hell . . . I felt like I was a damned voyeur or involved in a menage à trois!"
What have others said? I'll give you a few examples:
* “Anybody that loves God would not want to read that filthy mess you write!”
* “Your warning [log on at your own risk] does need to be taken seriously...”
* “I will admit my religious conscience was fighting me but I could not resist and I read the excerpt. AMAZING! I could actually see what you wrote and that to me is what a truly gifted writer can give to his audience.”
* “I hope that in your book you are giving the people a way out of their battles with temptation, and not glorifying it . . . Lust misleads and will eventually cause emotional and spiritual pain. So please make sure that you are giving the people a way out of the pitfalls that temptation can lead to! May God Bless You.”
